Your money never goes straight to the provider. You pay into PayLandlord's account, our team confirms it, and we hold it until the deal is done. Only then is it released to the provider. If the deal falls through before that, you're refunded in full to your bank account. And if a sale turns out to be fraudulent after payout, we can take the money back from the provider's wallet.

Every provider verifies their identity with their BVN before customers can pay them, and every listing is checked by our team before it goes live. Verified providers on a paid plan get a blue tick, and ratings only come from customers whose payment was confirmed.

Open a listing and tap Pay with PayLandlord. You'll see the exact amount and our account details. Send that exact amount by bank transfer, then tap I've paid. Our team matches your payment, confirms it and emails you a receipt.

Browsing and signing up are free, and customers pay no fees: just the price on the listing. Providers pay a 5% commission, taken from what they receive when a payment is released. Providers can list for free on the Starter plan, or upgrade for more listings and a blue tick.

If your deal is cancelled before the money is released, you get a full refund to your bank account. You can follow every step, from "Payment being checked" to "Completed", on your Transactions page and in your notifications.

Sensitive details like BVN, NIN and wallet PIN are encrypted before they're stored and never shown to anyone. Customers don't need a BVN at all. Your phone number and email aren't shared with providers; only the buyer of a completed property sale is shown to that property's owner.

Sign up, choose what you offer and verify your BVN. You'll get your own PayLandlord wallet. When a customer's deal is done, their payment is released to your wallet, and you can withdraw it to any Nigerian bank account whenever you like.
